BIPS Narsampet Admission Process

BIPS Narsampet: An institute offering various pharmacy programs which is worth pride; here, excellence stands for providing quality education in pharmaceuticals. The admission procedure of BIPS Narsampet aims to get for its various pharmacy programs the most deserving physicians among candidates.

There are several courses offered for which admissions are required: B.Pharma, D.Pharma, Pharm.D., and M.Pharm. Admission to M.Pharm includes three specialty areas of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Pharmaceutics. Admission procedures generally follow the academic calendar, which usually commences around August to September.

B.Pharma and other undergraduate programs get admission based on the TS EAMCET. M.Pharm admissions take place through two entrance tests: TS PGECET and GPAT. Eligibility criteria vary with regard to courses. For B.Pharma, a candidate needs to complete 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. For the M.Pharm program, a B.Pharm degree from a recognized university will be required.

Application Process

For B.Pharma:

1. Sit for the TS EAMCET exam.
2. Qualify the exam with a valid score.
3. Apply through the centralized admission process conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
4. Attend counseling and seat allotment process based on TS EAMCET rank.
5. In case of allotment of a seat in BIPS Narsampet, report to the institute for document verification and admission procedure.

For M.Pharm programs:

1. Sit for entrance tests TS PGECET or GPAT.
2. Qualify the exam with a valid score.
3. Apply through the PG course centralized admission procedure of Telangana.
4. Attend counseling and seat allotment process based on entrance exam rank.
5. If allotted, report to BIPS Narsampet for completing admission formalities.

Degree Wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: BIPS Narsampet announces selection of candidates to B.Pharma program based on the TS EAMCET entrance examination. In simple terms, admission shall be granted to all the candidates of TS EAMCET examination. Hence the decision regarding the admission of candidates into BIPS shall be dependent upon the rank secured by such candidate in the entrance examination.

D.Pharma: The institute has given admission for the D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) for an intake of 60 students. Presumably, admission is done on the basis of 10+2 results or an entrance test.

Pharm.D: The Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) program of BIPS Narsampet enrolls students after the completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Alternatively, students may be admitted on the basis of merit after the entrance examination.

M.Pharm: The M.Pharm programs offered are Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Pharmaceutics. Admission to these programs will occur either through TS PGECET or GPAT. The candidates qualifying in these entrance exams will be able to apply for the M.Pharm programs.

Generally required documents for admission are;

  • Entrance exam scorecard- TS EAMCET for B.Pharma; TS PGECET or GPAT for M.Pharm.
  • 10th and 12th Class Marksheet and Certificate.
  • Degree Marksheet and Certificate (for M.Pharm applicants).
  • Transfer Certificate.
  • Migration Certificate (if applicable).
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs.

All you need to have a good percentile in your +2 and fill up your counseling form , then your percentage wise you will alloted a particular college. But there are many institutions such like DAVV who conducts it's own examination called as CET and on that basis they will admit candidates last date for davv cet is extended to 11/08/2020

And you can get direct admission also as you said you want to take an admission along with your friends so there are many colleges even provide you with direct admission.
