Considering the cut off in 2019 under 15% AIQ for SC category it is difficult to get seat in MBBS. However, you have chances of getting seat in BDS and here is the list of few colleges in which you have chances of getting seat
But the cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Banglore Medical college and Research Institute is a government medical college so the fees will be less comparatively. The whole course excluding hostel and mess fees will cost you 3.16 lakhs. And hostel + mess fees per annum are usually closse to 60-70 thousand depending on the hostel you choose since there are 3 types of hostels available.

It is difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors. Going by last year cutoffs, the cutoff mark for OBC Category through 85% state quota was 523 out of 720 while cutoff through All India Quota was around 600. To be on safe side, you should try to score around 550 marks if applying through state quota. The course fee is affordable as it's a government college. It costs almost 50,000 INR every year.

In 2019 a candidate belonging to OBC category with marks 523 and rank 36267 secured seat in Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore.So need to score above 523 marks so that you have decent chances of getting a seat as cut off changes every year, it may increase or decrease slightly.

According to BMC, Bangalore medical college previous years cutoffs
If you are general candidate student AIR under 1000 will be safe bet. i.e. 615+ in NEET Exam.
For SC candidates, it depends on the no of candidates participating in NEET exam. Safe zone will be 530+ or 12k rank.
For SC candidates, it depends on the no of SC candidates participating in NEET exam. Safe zone will be 530+ or 12k rank.
For ST candidates, it depends on the no of ST candidates participating in NEET exam. Safe zone will be 550+ or 7k-8k rank.
For Physically Handicapped student : it depends on the no of PH candidates participating in NEET exam. Safe zone will be 425+ or 60k-65k rank.

Classrooms are air conditional with good seating facility. Hostel food is generally hygienic and tastes okay. We have basketball court and volleyball court.
