Benaiah Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Rajahmundry, is an AICTE-approved affiliated college offering engineering courses. Application Process

For B.Tech courses:

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: BITS Rajahmundry offers five B.Tech programs: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering. All these programs are offered based on AP EAMCET scores. The intake for the B.Tech programs is 120 seats, distributed as follows: Civil Engineering (30 seats), Mechanical Engineering (30 seats), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (30 seats), Electronics and Communication Engineering (15 seats), and Computer Science and Engineering (15 seats).
M.Tech: The institute offers two M.Tech courses, which are VLSI Design and Computer Science and Engineering. Admissions to both the courses are based on AP PGECET scores. The intake for the M.Tech VLSI Design course is 18, and for the M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering course, it is 9. The candidates who possess a relevant B.E./B.Tech degree are eligible to apply for these courses
