The college has necessary Infrastructure which is well maintained and has good sanitation. The classroom has smart boards which makes it easier for teachers to present the content in the more innovative way.
I'm pursuing BDS course. The quality of teaching is good. Teachers timely provide extra information about the topic and explain it. The preclinical subjects trains us to better in hand job training in the clinics.
There is no placement for my course in the college. The college is supporting and also provides facilities which makes it available for the students to pursue higher studies in abroad or to do masters.
The fees for the course can be said average.
The college include extra curricular activities like sports, crafting etc.
Very good Infrastructure. The departments are on different floors which are well equipped and has excellent staff providing facilities at their best. In total of 4 classrooms on each floor with ACs, smart boards and WiFi availability. Library is very huge part of the college. It has different sections and varied books for UG and PG courses. Computers are also available. Separate resting rooms for Girls, Boys and staff members. Separate Hostels for males and females which are clean and hygienic.
I am studying Dentistry. The teaching here is quite good. The professors here are dedicated academically and try to encourage students for the research programs(also quite strict). The curriculum is updated every year to enhance students with more knowledge. As a budding doctor, you are given practical insights much more than theoretical. The patient flow is a bit less. But then, the college has every week OPD opportunity at two municipal hospitals.
The college offers 1-year compulsory Internship. The college does not offer stipend for the interns. But from 2021 they are planning to provide stipend. No jobs and placements are provided here. The college offers a program during internship which guide students to apply at places.
The course costs 4.5L per annum for 4 years. It is quite worth it.
The college campus is really very good. The campus is very huge with all the sports being played there. One disadvantage is that the college annual fests happen in the college itself and not on the ground but it is really good. There are scientific programs which takes place every year where you can showcase your research papers. The students are really cooperative and guides you. The college is in local area near the railway station. It can handle emergencies and has separate wards and staff.
