Infrastructure is just like any other government college. Not so good. But the campus is green and quite beautiful. Also, the classrooms are having a chalk board and also some classrooms have projector. No wifi is provided, no hostel are there. Only a small gym is there for the students who got admission via sports quota. Other, sports like cricket, football, tennis, badminton etc are there. Campus is generally clean. College canteen is not good.
I'm studying Food Technology. The teachers are good. Curriculum is decided by Delhi University. Further study (Msc or MBA) needs to done after the course for a good job. The name of the subjects is changed every year but the content remains same.
No on- campus placements. Students usually prefer to go for higher studies or some good for preparation of government jobs. Till now, I have not heard any of my seniors getting placed directly from the college. The college do not give any help in the placements.
It differs. Per year cost would be around 15000 - 18000. It's quite good. It's worth it.
Campus Life is very very boring. The college do have events but at very small levels. Also, the college clubs are not very active. Teachers and staff are good. Location is Sector 2 Dwarka Delhi. Campus is safe. Emergencies - I personally don't think it can handle.
No big events like other Delhi University colleges. No other colleges nearby. No great campus Life. We pay more than 1 lakh as a paying guests ( PG) because the college donot have any hostel. It is very very costly i.e. 10 times the fees of the college.
The campus area of the college is not that big but it is comparatively bigger than most of the colleges of DU, College have good labs and is more focused towards department of food technology , having lots of equipments.
Overall , the professors and other non teaching staff is well qualified for their job roles , teachers are well experianced and have great knowledge in their respective field of studies also they are well educated.
There are no campus placements , as placement cell of the college is not that much active , students have to find jobs for themselves on their own , teachers use their references to place students and help them.
The the campus life and the other facilities and labs exposure makes the college a perfect value for money pack, you can learn a lot of things in your domain , and there are many researches going on in the campus
Since the college in not located at any prime location of delhi, there are not many options for outing with friends , but intra enviroment of college is pure and you can easily find friends and have chill with them
Our college is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure and facilities and the classrooms are very neat and have adequate space, laboratories, and the sports grounds are nice. The library is so good that you will fall in love with studying.
Faculties are supportive in every manner, they acknowledge every problem and address them very politely. The curriculum is up to date as every college of Delhi University works together. You need to also upskill yourself with additional course to make yourself job ready.
Placement is average as in my time the placement cell was not that active but now it has improved. They really provides you lots of opportunities in every sector but area of interest of student really matters. In my course B.Sc Electronics hons. 2020-2021 almost half of the students were placed.
Delhi University College's offers very good Return on Investment(ROI) so I can confidently say that it is value for money for every class of people. It approximately costs you 30k for your 3 years depending upon your course and it is really good.
My campus life was too much fun the freedom this college gives to its students is mind-boggling. The teachers are really supportive in every sense. The medical staff is equipped with all the amenities and it can handle any emergencies.
My experience was full of fun and I really loved my time when I was there
The college infrastructure is well-built. We have Wi-Fi accessibility in all areas of our campus, well-ducted AC in every classroom, and two libraries—one for studying and the other for borrowing books. We have one canteen area with a small stationery shop and an ice-cream parlor. The canteen food quality is not that good and the food is bad in taste too.
The faculty is helpful towards the students. There is a mentor meeting per week. In the mentor meeting, we get a chance to talk to aur respective teachers. The semester exams are not that hard, you just need to have knowledge. PYQs are enough. You can get all the subjects and core materials from the Library.
The total number of students are divided in three batches. Practical and theoretical knowledge is provided simultaneously. Tests are conducted for students to practice. If you get above 86 percent as your attendance, you will be awarded 6 marks for the same.
Everything is good.
College have very wonderful infrastructure with all essential facilities like canteen ,Library, Court's and Grounds and class are well equipped Smartlclaas and other required materials and facilities..
College have A wonderful Teacher staff Who are well trained and Qualified,They always support there students and help to get a overall development. Lab staff and other supportive staff are well trained and educated
College doesn't have that much placement wings as can be expected from it but overall it is good and the most important thing it have that is branding of Delhi University as it is a college of D.U and it is one of the highly rated and It have 12 ranking in D.U with NAAC grade A++ and nirf ranking 12 so over all its a good thing for the students.
Yes,if you value your course its value for money
It have a very big campus with almost all outdoor and indoor games with various other facilities like library, cultural rooms,Eca department etc..
college campus is good with all high tech amenities that support and help to lead a comfortable life in campus. All the class rooms are well cleaned on regular basis and all the living spaces are hygienic and neat.
the academics curriculum is decent with well experienced and friendly faculties. the academics also support other cultural and extra curricular activities that helps us to identify the hidden talents and hone those talents.
The placements are decent as it is a life science stream, the availability of placements is less. Therefore, the placement department mainly focuses on training the students for competitive exams and higher studies.
The college has a good 3 floor separate library building, the campus is green and eco-friendly. The classrooms however need renovation, the desks and benches are old, the walls are moldy and windows do not function.
I studied Bsc. Hons Biomedical sciences, which is a really good applied course, the professors are knowledgeable and helpful towards Students. The course curriculum was recently updated and does include the current industry requirements.
The college is academics focused and thus lacks the required infrastructure and mechanisms for placements, It does have a placement cell but it might provide some degree for instrumentation and computer science courses .
College campus was good but laboratory is not well maintained...... Some equipments or machines were not at all in the state of working...there was no hostel in the college...there are no smart boards...
Teaching staff is not good at all.... they only teach with their ppts n all ....during the experiments they ware not present in the college....they not provide proper notes to study..and the course is also not very popular..
No placements are provided in our batch ....nor they haave informed us about placements.... previous batch students also told me that no placements are organised for them too... college was not supportive at all...
My per year fees was ₹22500....which is quite high as compared to the other courses provided in the college...but there is also no option for us to do masters in Delhi for this course especially......
My campus life was not good .... college location was not good ... literally no one knows where this college is....coz it is not popular....there is no medical room in the college....,................
No
This is an excellent university in comparison to others and have good faculty. It provides good study materials and have good crowd in campus area and here I gain a different type of knowledge and also I have improved my abilities, my personality, and my skills. The college campus is quite neat and clean and remain organized all the time. The college has an amazing infrastructure must say !! The college has its own mall, activity centres and hubs, clubs.
Academic I am studying instrumentation here which has given the star college status. The quality of teaching is amazing each and every student is given full attention. Yes the curriculum is updated on regular basis. Yes it makes me job ready.
The best thing about college is placement all over India mainly join this campus by seeing it's placement the highest salary package is 42 lakhs per annum and it came from a computer science student in Microsoft company located in Hyderabad and college is very supportive for the students to get placements, most of the students get places in a reputed company every year.
Per year the course cost me 7000. Yes my money is worth as it's a renowned college of Delhi University and the academics faculty and all round development of students is kept in mind always. It's worth studying here.
The college has an amazing infrastructure must say !! The college has its own mall, activity centres and hubs, clubs and many more !! The hostel + classrooms are all well maintained and all are fully wifi enabled. The college has one main library and many sub- libraries in each block. The living spaces are well maintained and are cleaned once or twice every week.
The quality of teaching is very nice and the teachers are well versed with the new technology with experience of many years in their respective subjects. The curriculum in the college is updated regularly whenever it is needed and the course curriculum also includes the recent developments in the various feilds. The course taught in the college is made easy for the students convenience.
Placement The quality of placement is average. A lot of students get placed every year with very promising packages. The placement process is also very easy and convenient. Yes my college is very supportive and aids the students in all manners.
