• The college and visiting groups finalise the dates to conduct the placement drive.

• To hire the best candidates, the Bhiwani Institute of Technology and Sciences Bhiwani campus is visited by several organisations to conduct interviews.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group conversations are all possible methods involving the BITS Bhiwani selection process.

• Candidates who successfully make it through the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the BITS.
