Eligibility Criteria

Admission to the LL.M. Degree Course of study shall be open to those candidates who have passed the Three-Year LL.B. Degree Examination from a recognized University or Institution after Graduation under the 10+2+3+3 pattern; or Five Year LL.B. Degree Course under the 10+2+5 pattern as is recognized by this University as equivalent for the purpose of LL.M. Degree Course and have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate for the general applicants, and not less than 45% marks in aggregate for the SC and ST applicants, in the LL.B. Examinations.

Admission Details

The University shall conduct LL.M Entrance Test (LET) for each academic session. Admission shall be made according to merit in the LET subject to the fulfillment of eligibility requirements as determined by the University and the availability of seats in the LL.M. Course. The students who have passed the CLAT or LSAT examinations shall also be allowed to join the course subject to the availability of seats.
