Sir I have got in jcece 333 bc-1 CAT RANK ,can I get any branch BIT SINDRI

If it's your category rank then you may have some chances of getting Production or Metallurgical Engineering in BIT Sindri.

Again that depends on the number of seats available in each branch. For production they have a total of 54 seats and for metallurgy they have again 54 seats.

So hope for the best. And even if you don't get through you can check out some other colleges like RTC Ranchi and others.

Can I get any branch in bit sindri if my general rank is 87k in jee and 92.16 percentile?

Hey there

This is the first time but sindri is taking admission through JEE mains so predicting branches is tough. Though 87k is very rank and you have less chances of getting bit sindri. But do try for other rounds you may get lower branches like production, mining etc at bit Sindri.

This is first time that jcece counseling will be based on Jee main score . Your score is low but there is few chances if getting admission in bit sindri . But surely you will get the semi government college like ramgarh engineering college , dumka engineering college and chaibasa engineering .

Board marks is only for elligiblity criteria it doesn't decrease your rank . You will get seat as per your Jee main rank . You may get lower branch like METALLURGY , Chemical engineering etc .

This is the first time that bit sindri gives admission on the basis of the Jee main rank . There is no previous data through which we can say that you get admission or not. But there is an chance must participate in counseling for admission .

Jcece has recently released the procedure of taking admission.
Basically you have to fill a online form between 26-06-19 to 03-07-19 on jcecec official website so that all data related to the rank in jee main can be prepared.
Also try to see the newspaper or official site of jcece to keep yourself updated regarding this.

What is the current placement status of bit sindri for m.tech ??

Hello,
placements are very less this year and there is no placements for core branches in M. Tech. This year there are only placements for software and that to they took only limited number of students.

our college has of the best infrastructure in terms of state government colleges all across India, although it is 75 years old but renovation is being done in our college time to time and we assume that by end 2027 our college infrastructure will be equivalent or greater than NITs.

Overall its and good and value for money College

Quite pretty infrastructure . Our college has a neat and clean campus our campus has a very greenery in nature. Our college has so much facility like auditorium, lecture hall,play gound, seven lakes and they all are renovating and newly made.

College having best value for money.

College Infrastructure

My college is well structured. All the branches have well equipped laboratories. Classrooms are also well furnished and spacious. All the rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities like furnitures, electricity, smart classes,etc. all the academic buildings have wifi installed in them. Workshops are also very good and knowledgeable. The hostel rooms are also good but have space issues. The hostel rooms don't have wifi installed but you can install one on your own. The hostels have solar panels so electricity supply is 24/7. The mess food are very good and hygienic.
