BM Shetty Government First Grade College, Konanur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a big library equipped with a vast collection of books and there are 22,663 books (worth 2,763,517 Rupees) in total and the library caters to the needs of both the students and teachers.  

The college has a well-equipped sports room and Multi-purpose gym which caters to the needs of the students and the college has facilities for both Indoor and Outdoor games. 

The college has a Computer Lab exclusively for the use of the students. There are 35 computers with an impressive student-computer ratio of 11:1. The campus is well connected with Wi-Fi and the students are permitted to use the internet facility for the enhancement of their knowledge and updating themselves with technical skills.

The college has one big auditorium and one small auditorium. Both the auditorium has a PPT facility. 

The College is one of the oldest colleges in the Hassan District and has to its credit a number of notable persons who have studied in the college and who have been alumni of the college. The college has an Alumni Association which was created in the year 2014-15 and has been actively functioning since then.
