The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions provides the best medical care facilities. We have Doctor's facility 24x7 in case of an emergency. College regularly conducts free health camps. Doctor Facility is also available on campus.

The College Library has about 35000+ titles, and 18000+ volumes of books, in addition, there are a number of journals and technical magazines which enable the students to improve their General knowledge in the area of specialization. The library also stocks a number of subject CDs. There is a facility for the students to borrow a CD or get it copied at a nominal price. Internet facilities are also provided in the library, with a provision that they are used strictly for Academic purposes.

Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions promotes sports and games for enhancing the physical and psychological development of students. Sports & Games are organized regularly in the college to develop team spirit, leadership qualities, and organizing abilities among the students. A full-time qualified Physical Director was appointed to look after the day-to-day games and sports activities of the college. Digital Library was established with 60 computers with a high-speed Internet connection, Wi-Fi enabled. Digital has many forms and meanings in today's advancement in terms of Information, Knowledge sharing Data security. All the Non-Book Materials (e-Resources) online journals, Scanned Documents can be stored in digital format through the Internet. Anyone can access information about the online processes in Digital Library. The College has state-of-the-art computer labs, equipped with the best software and hardware. Labs are equipped with the latest servers. High-speed 40Mbps internet access is available on the campus. The quality of the computer and network infrastructure is such that the college regularly hosts online examinations for all colleges in the area/city for various companies as part of their recruitment process. All faculty have PCs/laptops with internet access. All Professors are provided with high-end laptops with laser printers/scanners for their use. Students are provided internet access as appropriate to help them further their knowledge. Equipment is regularly upgraded, with the previous equipment being donated to local schools, etc.

The campus has 3 canteens that promptly cater delicious and nutritious food prepared in a hygienic environment to all the students and staff. Cool aqua water for drinking is available.

The College auditorium @ BGTI with a state-of-the-art multimedia system. It is frequently used for presentations, workshops, seminars, fests, and events of the college. There are 2 closed Seminar Halls / Auditoriums with a seating capacity of 2000 each and an Open College Auditorium (not fixed) that can accommodate up to thousands of audiences comfortably. The Open Auditorium is an ideal venue for huge celebrations like musical, dance, theatre, and film performances, wherein the closed auditoriums are widely used for lectures, conferences, placement drives, and graduations.

The College endow with a transportation facility for the students and staff who travel from different locations in the city and districts also. We have a lot of buses covering all the important points of the City and other districts and a good number of Buses from Dilsukhnagar. All the students and staff are suggested to reach the pickup point at least 5 min before the scheduled time.

All the Computer Labs are provided with the internet through Switches (VLAN) and the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
