Their is a major factor that how students performing during recruitment drives.In IIT ,NIT,Government Engineering colleges and some best private colleges had placement for all branch students like Cse,IT, Electrical, mechanical,civil and Electronics engineering. But in case of other colleges placement of Computer and IT students are more because their are many companies in Software fields are working now.Every year near about 80 to 85 percent Cse and IT students got placement in good colleges were companies visit.Other branches had 45 to 55 percent students placement. Placement depends on which types of companies visiting college. But students have relevant he gets jobs in desiere field from any branch.If companies not visit your college then you try for offcampus placement.
