Therefore there are less chances of getting seat with rank 7001.

After completion of the Msc in Plant Breeding and Genetics course, the graduates can work as Plant Breeder, Plant Geneticist, Farm Manager, Agronomist, Assistant Professor, Associate Researcher, etc. The average salary after completion of this course is around INR 3 lakh to INR 5 lakh per anum.

The candidates can pursue doctorate courses after this course. Some of the options are PhD in Genetics and Plant Breeding, PhD in Agronomy, PhD in Horticulture, etc.

As after complete bachelor's of science in agriculture, there are many agriculture based firms which provide the job of salary around an average of 3 lac to 6 lac. It is more preferred to do Msc after Bsc for more better job options. India is one of the leading country for agriculture so there are vast scope in country.

Generally Cutofs changes each and every year as it depends upon various factors such as Difficulty level of the paper, Number of students applying for the exam, Performance of the students in the exam, etc.

But in general if you consider previous year cutoffs then you could get College of Agriculture KVK, Chamarajanagar(D).

Firstly, you need to be eligible to get admission in College of Agriculture, Mandya, Karnataka in B.Sc agriculture. For that, you must have passed your 12th with a recognized Board with Either PCB subjects or PCM subjects (Physics, chemistry, maths/biology). Then you can seek admission in the college.
