MBA	-	Should have a valid UG degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. + Valid CAT, CMAT and KMAT exam scores.

can I get transfer to this college for 2nd year civil department

Dear student!

Usually any University doesn't allow the change of colleges without the completion of a particular course's tenure. You cannot change for studying in second year to a different college. You will have to repeat the first year again in that college. To check, you can contact the University and ask them for the permission. If they grant it, you can.

Is this College of Engg Thalassery a good clg? Do they offer good placements for the students? How is the clg totally? Is it a best choice?

Hello Admina.
College of engineering Thalassery is really a good choice.
It has a rating of 6.5/10.
Overall it's placement infrastructure faculty staff is really good .
Overall placement of the college is more than 70 percent with a highest package of 7lakh and an average package of 3-4lpa.
Overall I can say that it is not a bad choice..
