The training and placement cell at Dadi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam was established in 2008, to provide training support and placement opportunities to the students of the college. As per NIRF 2024, the average package offered to students at DIET Visakhapatnam is Rs 3,60,000 per annum. The DIET Visakhapatnam placement cell trains students in the areas of Quantitative, Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal, with the help of hired/in-house trainers. There is very few placement opportunities provided by the college management but in actual it should be focus on more placements and bring companies to the college and make more interviews it will helpful to the students who were graduate that time.

In my college, the placements are average, and the knowledgeable students are placed for sure. But the packages are quite low compared to other colleges. But there are more in our college, which helps us learn skills. The campus recruitment is okay in this campus.
