The infrastructure is really bad specially for a college in the north campus. The college itself is very small as well. There is basically NO sport facilities even though they admit students by sports quota. Another big problem is that the college has got jammers and on top of that they don't even provide us with wifi which is one of the most basic needs and its really difficult to do anything; we cant upload document cant receive important messages nor can we do any coursework which requires internet. The college offers courses like digital empowerment and digital marketing but we can never do the assigned tasks in college because of the internet issue. We can't even make a call because the network never works in the college.
Academics is just average. Some faculties are really helpful and nice and are always there for any and all doubts but some of them feel like they dont even want to be there and are just for the sake of their salary. They never interact with students, never teach in the class, never come on time and just keep giving us homework to do and notebooks to be made and this is definitely not how it should be in college. We should not be forced to make notebooks in college when we need to focus on so many other things. The admin staff rarely inform us about important things.
The placements are bad with being minimal to none. The placement cell boasts a lot of stuff but their work is basically non existent. I have never seen the college spreading news about any placements and even students who are graduating rarely get good placements that too only for students who are in courses like b.com etc.
The infrastructure is fine. It doesn't have smart board facility in classrooms. Wifi facility is poor The sport centre is well maintained and the hostel and library is good as well. The washrooms are not that clean most of the times.
Some professors are good while some are just pathetic. It seems like some teachers don't have any idea themselves that what they are teaching. Tho the curriculum is updated as per the new education policy
There isn't a good scope of placement here. Have not heard of any good placement story of seniors. The college does have a placement cell but the opportunities are very few. So the overall quality of placement is below to average
Daulat Ram College has a higher fees than other North campus college but don't provide anything better . So paying all that extra fees is not worth because they are not providing anything extra or special in comparison to other du colleges
Campus life is fun
The councelling was smooth The facilities are well maintained and new computers installed The place is clean and hygienic. The college has nestcafe and amul cafe. Also there is medical room for emergency
The commerce faculty is the largest in daulat Ram college. Professors are very cooperative and understanding The curriculum provided is new every semester. What we study is not exactly job ready you have to devlop some skills
The placement cell is nice even I got a job through placement cell of 10 LPA. The percentage of students placed is going lower every year due to recession. The average salary offered is 6 LPA AND PROCESS IS EASY
Yes its a tier one college in the heart of delhi university North campus
Wonderful with annual fest and departmental fest conducted every year
Good infrastructure with clean classrooms, well equipped library and spacious lawn. It has great facility with good wifi connection. Good Sports center, laboratories and canteen provide a good environment.
My course bcom hons has good teachers and the faculty is nice overall. The updated curriculum and learning is crucial for our academic and personal growth. Presentation and internal assessments help us do better for our end sems.
The campus placements at our college is pretty good. The pcell provided us with great internship opportunities and important speaker sessions. The college is very supportive towards intercultural organization for different courses.
The college has a well maintained campus containing red brick walls, green lawns and modern technology. Classrooms are well lit and have comfortable seating. The auditorium caters to cultural and social events. Canteen could be cleaner but provides affordable food options.
The faculty is not as helpful as one would hope. The college offers various fields to major in and the syllabus is easy to understand, specially for arts subjects. The college also encourages a research degree in the fourth year, such as in science and psychology.
The placement opportunities are there but depends on personal hard work and good resume-building. With good internship opportunities, positions in the college's societies and social work such as in NSS, it is easily possible to get placed in a good company in the future.
Do not expect an extraordinary campus life but it is good enough as there is an accesible market, print stores, and metro station in walking distance.
college infrastructure is poor. we have extremely small classrooms. however, the science department has really good labs and classrooms which is often used by other course students for their lectures.
the curriculum for my cOurse is great and updated. it is heavy and challenging but the faculty does a good job. some professors are not the best at teaching. the professors are really helpful and understanding.
the quality of the placements has been great over the past few years. the highest salary offered was around 24 LPA. the advent of NEP has been great in securing internships in lieu of the Skill Enhancement Courses.
Infrastructure is an area where the prestigious Daulat Ram College falls behind of other colleges in north campus. The central building is relatively smaller in size. The eating area could be greatly improved. Although the classrooms are equipped with projectors and computers, only some of them are functioning. The seminar hall, auditorium, and playground on the other hand are spacious and comfortable.
The college offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in humanities, social sciences, and commerce. Its faculty is rigor and dedicated and offers supportive mentorship. Seminars, workshops and internships are also organized here.
This college offers respectable placement opportunities. It has steadily improved it's placement cell, hosting recruiters like EY, Wipro, Deloitte and Infosys. Many students secure roles in consulting, finance, and teaching.
A pleasant experience to study at daulat ram, with its accessible location, focus on academics and wonderful people to share ideas with.
Not very good, still in the process of being built properly. Campus is small. Some classrooms are good while some are not. Overall it looks nice, canteen also okkayish. Ground is average, sports facilities are not that good.
Good. Teachers are strict and teach well, some can be a bit too much but overall its good. Assignments, tests and all are given to assess the internal marks, not much of an attendance issue so no trouble.
Overtime placements are getting better, average packages are increasing. They do fluctuate but if you've worked hard, done all the needful, you can bag decent placements and maybe even better offcampus.
The college infrastructure in my experience isn't extraordinary. The college has one main building in the middle, a canteen that's is not very spacious and has a foul smell, as well as a large ground on the backside that is unattended most of the year. The classrooms are comfortable enough to study in but the chairs and tables in some classes are worn out and could be replaced.
I have given academics 4 stars as the college does prioritize academic excellence above all. All the teachers take internals and vivas diligently and expect their students to score well. However, some faculty is very uninterested in issues the students might be facing academically and thus, sometimes we need to solve our queries on our own from the books provided to us.
This college is also among the top rated north campus colleges and so you can see companies making their offers here. Even for Internship opportunities, companies like Metvy have hired from Daulat Ram College in the past. Based on our performance here in the final years, there is good potential for top-level placements.
I have a good campus life here at Daulat Ram College. The girls who come here are warm and welcoming and the fee is also perfectly adequate. I would recommend doing a major in philosophy from this college as the course and teachers are both great.
Just an average college nothing much in infra but teachers and faculty are good classes are well but if you are scoring more than 740 then girls go for any other college until and unless you are aiming for your dream course. Well nothing bad about college but ya there is nothing good about it too.
Teachers aree good and faculty is also nice and I guess academically it is quite nice and attendence ka bhi uta issue nhi hai its just ki ap aa jao aur first year me nhi bhi hua incase toh admit card mil jeyga
Since I'm in first year I really do not much about placements but since it is one of the nortn campus college toh placement toh ache honge hii baki placement cell is there to help to those who want placement
Like Ig it costed me 32k for my first year which is quite expensive competitively to other colleges of Delhi University soo ig fee structure should be improved to make it more affordable otherwise nice college
Okay okay compus life not that much you would have seen in movies like student of the year type but ya there's some academic pressure also but if you have nice friend cycle then it would be easy for you survive in college

Hello,
In general, percentage cutoff will be 60%-75%. for top and recognized college and universities it will be above 80 to 95%.
for current year, cutoff may not follow previous year trends as it will also depend on how students has performed in current year. There will be some changes as the normal flow of process got stopped.
as of now, colleges are closed till july 31st. You can look for updates in the official webpage of the college in which you are interested.
Hope it helps!
