Dayanand Vedic College, Orai (DVC Orai) is one reputed college in Uttar Pradesh undertaking all range of academic programs. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Sc: The various B.Sc courses are provided by DVC Orai. Admission to this program is based on the aggregate results of the candidate in the 10+2 examination, especially subjects related to Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. A merit-based selection process will be conducted by the college along with the results for state-level entrance examinations.
BA: The admission in BA courses is purely based on eligibility criteria, which is marks in qualifying 10+2. This would also require cut-off percentage or merit list based on the marks obtained by applicants in relevant subjects.
M.Sc.: M.Sc. Programs offered include Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, and Mathematics. The admission of eligible candidates to these programs is based generally on merit in the bachelor's degree concerned. An entrance test or interview may be held by the college for the final selection.
MA: The college offers various subjects in M.A. like Environment, Mathematics, Music, Psychology, Political Science, History, English, Hindi, Economics, and Geography. The usual criterion for admissions is marks scored in the eligible bachelor's degree; furthermore, some departments might conduct supplementary tests or interview for the purpose.
B.Ed.: For admission to the B.Ed. course, one needed to have any graduate degree from a recognized university. This criterion needed a minimum percentage as laid down by the college and, admittance may be based on merit, entrance examination, or personal interview.
M.Ed.: The M.Ed program has been organized in affiliation. The qualifying condition for admission to this program is successful completion of a B.Ed degree with minimum marks set by the college. The selection may include an entrance test and/or interview.
Ph.D.: These include Environment, Music, Economics, History, Psychology, English, Zoology, Chemistry, Political Science, Hindi, Geography, Mathematics, and Botany across disciplines. Admission into the Ph.D. programs, however, is most rigorous and requires entrance tests, interviews, and evaluation of the research proposal.
I am studying bachelor of ARTS to know about basic details of our geographical area.. Also I can Use that knowledge for govt job. Yes curriculum is updated and development are ready in the field. History, geography makes me job ready.
I study MASTERS OF ARTS because I like to read about history and geography .. however the quality of teaching is good.yes curriculum and all the developments are up-to-date. Skills like communication and understanding about Geo.. is makes me job - ready.
I studying in bsc because I interested in physics and maths by learning these subjects , I will understand many natural phenomenas. The quality of teaching is not so good,just average. I think curriculum is not updated and doesn't include all the recent developments in the field. In my point of view what I study will not make me to get a job .
