DCTM Palwal Admission Process

Delhi College of Technology and Management (DCTM) which is approved by AICTE, though they offer a lot of engineering, management and computer applications programs; DCTM has a specific admission procedure to select the deserving students, based on that admission procedure both undergraduate and postgraduate students can be successfully admitted to the programs. DCTM follows an organized admission procedure, as guided by the Haryana State Technical Education Society and also the other affiliating university, J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad . DCTM generally opens its doors for admissions in May and June to kick-start the academic year in August and September. The entrance procedure for all courses too shall be through national and state-level tests as and when applicable for the various programs. B.Tech programs make provision for admission based largely on JEE Main scores while MBA is earmarked for CAT score results. BBA and BCA students would be admitted based on the regulations of their respective affiliated universities.

Of the complete B.Tech seats, 75% are to be filled in by Haryana State Counselling, while the remaining 25% are filled directly by the college. To get admission, the candidate must qualify in JEE Main or JEE Advanced. The MBA program also runs equally. This calls for state counselling and institution level admissions. Basic eligibility for undergraduate programs needs to be past completing the 10+2 stream from a recognized board with the required subjects and minimum marks for each program. For postgraduate programs like M.Tech, candidates passing the GATE examination would be admitted directly. For different admission processes, there are some important dates which differ by program and by entrance test.
