DITM Sonipat Placement Process:

• Pre-Placement Talks: Companies that agree to recruit students from our institution send a team of some members to our campus for Pre Placement Talks. During these talks, students get a chance to interact freely with the panel which gives them a fair idea of the particular organization and its work culture. This helps them decide if they wish to apply for a job with it.

• Submission of Resume: Willing students then have to submit their resume either through the Placement committee or to the company directly as per its requirements.

• Shortlisting of candidates: Qualifying students are then shortlisted and the placement committee is informed accordingly.

• Campus Interview: A recruitment team then visits the institution for the final selection. For this they can hold written tests, group discussions, case studies or personal interviews. A list of the selected candidates is usually announced on the spot.
