Department of Law, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati offers admission in the stream of Law Studies. The institute offers the integrated course of BA LLB, a bachelor’s degree of LLB, a master’s degree of LLM, and doctoral degree of Ph.D. Department of Law, SPMVV admissions for the UG and PG courses are carried out by the competent authority of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.
The applicant has to appear for AP LAWCET/AP PGLCET, conducted by the same. The Ph.D admissions are invited by the Department of Law, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam itself. For admission in the Department of Law, SPMVV Ph.D course, candidates are required to qualify any of the following entrance examinations - NET/UGC-CSIR-NET/GATE/CEED.

The college offers the PG course of LLM. This course is offered in various specialisations of Law Studies. The sanctioned seat intake for each specialisation is 8.

The candidate must meet the LLM eligibility criteria, to apply for admission.
The applicant must secure an eligible score in AP PGLCET.
The candidate will only be allotted a seat in the Department of Law, SPMVV LLM course as per the score and rank in the AP PGLCET ex be allotted a seat in the Department of Law, SPMVV LLM course as per the score and rank in the AP am.
Once an applicant has been allotted the seat in the course, they must download the letter and report to the institute, along with other valid documents.
After successful completion of physical verification of documents, they must pay the Department of Law, SPMVV LLM fee, to finalise admission.
The Ph.D course is offered by the institute in the faculty of Law. The duration of this research programme is 3 years. The below table mentions the eligibility criteria for admission.

An applicant is only admitted in the Ph.D programme, as per the decision of the Department of Law, SPMVV.
