With the score of 400 which is quite low score for an OBC candidate ,it is very difficult to get government medical seat for MBBS or other courses. But with this score you can get good semi government and private colleges .  However there might be some chances of  getting government BHMS/BAMS college in some states where the cutoff goes low. Around 50% of backward-class seats are reserved in Maharashtra only to those who belongs to the state. The 200 MHT CET Seats Reservation are on the basis of Maharashtra's diverse backward class

Scheduled Castes and Schedule Caste converts to Buddhism (SC) - 13 %

Other Backward Classes (OBC)- 29%

Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC)- 16%

Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management. But the fees would remain the same. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery is basically an Ayurvedic traditional healing art based undergraduate medical course in India. The course provides complete knowledge about 'Ashtanga Ayurveda' along with scientific advances in modern medicine along with extensive practical training.
