B.Sc Radiology is a three-year degree course. Radiology involves scanning, taking pictures of the body to diagnose various diseases. The course programme is designed to teach students the different methods of radiographic imaging and extract useful information about a patient.

Candidates wishing to pursue a B.Sc. degree in the field of radiology should have cleared Class 12 in the science stream. Admissions to top colleges and universities are done through the entrance examinations followed by group discussions and interviews. Students can also pursue higher studies such as M.Sc , M.Phil, Ph.D. in the same field.

B.Sc Radiology Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc Radiology are similar for most of the colleges and universities. Candidates who have passed Class 12 in the science stream can pursue a B.Sc Radiology degree course. The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Sc Radiology courses have been listed below


Students must have cleared their Class 12 board examination in the stream of science from a recognized boar


Students should have secured a minimum aggregate score of 50 percent or above in compulsory subjects such as Physics and Chemistry and Mathematics


Students must clear the entrance test along with other rounds with the required cutoff specified by the i nstitute.

Yes, there is a hostel facility in Nanded Medical College, Maharashtra. The hostel provides better facilities too to the students. The hostel rooms are for three people, it is shared by three students.  It has cupboards, beds, and desks. The bathrooms are also clean. The mess also provides good food.

This college is located in Nanded, Maharashtra was founded in 1988 by the struggles of Shri. Shankar Rao Chavan and accordingly titled after him. This college has several MBBS, MD/MS, and CP Diploma degrees.

This college does not have the aforementioned quota. There are 83 total seats for MD/MS. Half of the seats are for the all-India quota and admission for another half happens through the state merit quota. State merit quota means MBBS students of Maharashtra will have the chance for these seats. These courses are identified by MCI affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS).

The various domain available for PG is MD General Medicine, MD Medicine, MD Pediatrics, MS General Surgery, MS Ophthalmology, MS ENT, MS Anaesthesiology among others.
