The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) includes registration, document verification, and application form confirmation at any selected Setu Suvidha Kendra. With 64k general category rank it's not possible to get into the computer science engineering branch in any of the nits or iiits or top engineering colleges.
Not only in Maharashtra but in any state. Although you could get cse in some college like

Well in terms of placement D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune is good.About 70%–85% students get a placement In decent IT companies with an average salary of about 5 lakhs per annum and the highest has gone 35 lakhs per annum well if you are willing to join the institute then you may go for it.
