Degree-wise Admission Process

These admissions too are bound by the rules prescribed by the state government and the Ministry of Education for implementation. The total sanctioned intake for B.Ed. is 100.
B.P.Ed.: B.P.Ed. course admission is by selection on merit established through an entrance examination: a written examination, a fitness test, and an interview; percentage in qualifying examination is also considered. The total B.P.Ed. approved intake is 50.
D.El.Ed.: Admission for the D.El.Ed. course is based on merit derived from marks on the qualifying exam and/or an admission test. It is also conducted as per the policies of the state government and the unitary university. A total of 50 students are approved for this course.
BA and B.Sc.: These programs at the college are offered since no special requirements regarding admission have been laid out for the BA and B.Sc. Probably admissions in these programs are, according to the directives of the university, based on the merit obtained in the qualifying examination, i.e. 10+2.
MA Programs: Consist of Sociology, Political Science, Education, History, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Economics. Normally admissions for these postgraduate programs would be through merit based on marks obtained during certain examinations with regard to Bachelor's Degree, though each department might have some deviations in its own set of procedures regarding admissions.
