The College has a state-of-the-art library and is spread across 8000 sq. ft. of area. It is equipped with Internet browsing facilities and a reading room. Library serves as a backbone to all academic activities at our campus. The library at Jharkhand Rai University houses more than 25,000 textbooks and a good number of reference materials, journals, magazines, periodicals, and audio videos. JRU uses KOHA Software for its E-Library which is highly advanced software used for any library. The students can easily search books through OPAC, can reissue, hold the book, can check the number of books available, suggest new books, check their library fine, due date, download library forms, etc. 

The College has Computer Lab at the University has more than 120 desktops equipped with Internet access. We provide a network of the latest computers, adequately matched and supported by a host of printers, scanners, modems, and other peripheral devices. Staff Members & students using laptops and smartphones can also benefit from the Wi-Fi facility available on campus.

The College Moot Court is an integral aspect of the life of a law student and the lessons learn by participating in Moot Court help the student to stand tall in the real court-like scenario when they enter the profession. Moot Court is an indispensable part of legal education and participation in Moot court is a mandatory requirement as mentioned by the Bar Council of India (BCI) in regular BA. LLB and LLB Courses. Jharkhand Rai University believes in the holistic development of students not only on the academic front but also on practical aspects. 

The College has Well-lit and ventilated classrooms at the University that provide students with an encouraging and conducive environment for learning and focusing. All the classrooms are well-designed with comfortable seating arrangements. In order to make our students competitive we regularly organize national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops on campus. We have a well-equipped seminar hall that has been specifically designed for hosting such events. 

The College The sports club of Jharkhand Rai University organizes many events like cricket tournaments, Volleyball Championships, badminton, and many such outdoor sports. 

The College has A healthy mind that can only reside in a healthy body. We, at JRU, understand this and hence make sure that the food students eat is nutritious and wholesome. The Cafeteria is spread across a 2000 sq. feet area on the ground floor of the Academic block for catering to students and staff members. It is a hang-out zone for the students where they chill out and enjoy delicious meals. Our menus offer an extensive selection of everyday favorites and recipes like Sandwiches, Indian Snacks, Fruit juices, Cold Drinks, Milk, Eggs, and beverages including tea and coffee. The cafeteria is operational from 8 AM in the morning till 8 PM in the evening.
