• Selected candidates will be informed regarding the seat allotment.

The college offers only 1 course at the doctoral level. The Faculty Of Law PhD courses include PhD Law. The duration of the course may last up to 6 years.

• In order to get admission the candidate must meet the Faculty of Law Ph.D. eligibility criteria.

• Candidates should appear for UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF), DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, or equivalent national level examinations or fellowships (as determined by the DRC) or GATE.

• The candidate must qualify for the PhD entrance examination conducted by the University.

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. 

• DU Law admissions are done based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam and performance in an interview.

• Selected candidates will receive an allotment letter.

• The selected candidates should submit the required documents.

• Candidates should pay the DU Law admission fee to complete the admission process.
