Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh has good placement percentage in Computer Science and Engineering. The placement records has increased in the past years in cse department. The college has good infrastructural facilities. Many top companies like TCS, Wipro etc participate in placement drive and recruited the students.The average package offered is about 3LPA.

FGIET Raibareli is a good college for ECE. The placement percentile is around 70-85%. The highest package in ece was 10lpa last year offered to 2 students by Wipro,  the lowest package was of 3lpa. The average package ranges from 3-4 lpa. The ECE faculties are highly experienced and qualified. Being a government college, it doesn't has a higher fee structure. Overall it is 6.3/10 rated college.

As you ask about fgiet  is a government or private college so all we know as fgiet was earlier a semi -government or government college but now it is a private college.

But if you want confirm answer then you can contact to the administration of college.

Hii,i am here to help you according to your query.It was Govt.Aided/ self finance courses when we took admission way back in 2013.We also were suspicious about it status.Different people had different opinion. Adding oil to the fire was the know your college status which show the status as private.Any how administration assured us that status is as mentioned above.

Yes there is a dress code for fgiet engineering students. They, both boys and girls have to wear write shirt, formal blue black pants and a tie. Most of the private colleges do have their own dress codes to distinguish students

Both of the mentioned colleges are above average and not so good.

But if we compare these two colleges, then FGIET is a much better institute than IERT because its rated at 2.9 and IERT is rated at 1.5 out of 5.

Other things like placements, faculties, college life all these are much better at FGIET.
