Decent college where opportunities you have to grab

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is okay and up to date with marketing labs, digital libraries, and seminar halls. HR facilities are ordinary but leadership training and industry training can be improved and incubator could be improved and mba buildings looks good in winter

    Academics

Student marketing curriculum is on par with subjects like digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior. HR courses are very theoretical but deserving of getting certifications. Internship is very essential to learn designing HR experience wise

    Placements

Marketing placements offer good sales, branding, and digital marketing placements. HR jobs are hiring-led and short scope for strategic HR. Certifications increase the chances of HR students in getting job placement by the job market

    Value for Money

The marketing students give a decent ROI with the budget. The HR students must have to rely on networking and self-study for improved career opportunities , and per year this course costs 120000 per year , their is schoolarships depend upon cast and exams you gave

    Campus Life

There are effective marketing clubs and industry sessions available in the college. There are few HR events, but students can utilize external certifications and online webinars to bridge the gap in learning

    Others

Appropriate for marketing requirements but extra efforts have to be carried out in skill development by HR students

Finance is good, but HR personal development is not focused

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Finance learning infrastructure is good with proper labs and study material. Training programs and infrastructure for HR are not available Wi-Fi libraries and classrooms are fine, but HR students might need external learning material

    Academics

Finance subjects such as corporate finance and investment are well-defined, but HR is of no use in the real world. Placement and case studies must be conducted to make HR students practice and theory convergent ,half curriculum is updated or comply I think

    Placements

placements in finance are followed by placements in banking and financial services. Placements in HR are largely in recruitment and not in core HR functions. Students who wish to specialize in strategic HR or L&D functions require additional certifications and exposure

    Value for Money

Fees are affordable, and finance students can get good value. HR students require external training and networking to progress in their careers. Spend must be spent on soft skills, HR technology, and experiential learning

    Campus Life

Networking events and finance clubs exist but HR development does not. Industry speaker series and leadership courses on an HR theme can be better overall. Students need to step out to from theirs other work to see what campus has , means its is not that much photo genic

    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is decent with smart classes, library, and finance labs. However, there are no Bloomberg terminals or stock market simulators. Industry trends are exposed partially by finance clubs and networking sessions and the spaces are clean here with that there was no issue

    Academics

The syllabus of finance is good in fundamentals like corporate finance and investment management, but exposure to fintech and analytics is live. Case studies and projects are helpful, but third-party sources must be utilized to gain full learningg

    Placements

Placements would be in generalist finance roles like banking, insurance, and sales and not investment banking or corporate finance roles at the upper end. Additional certifications like financial modeling or CFA would create so much more employment opportunity

    Value for Money

Depending on the availability and cost of resources one has access to, finance students have to work a little hard in upskillingg College does its part, but self-study, internship, and networking are necessary to get good jobs in finance

    Campus Life

The college also boasts a very good finance club with guest speakers and events. Case studies and competitions are the ways by which students get introduced to more. More industry training and corporate exposure would fill the gaps of learning more

    Others

Not too bad for finance students, who actually try and visit clubs and outside training. Requires more input to reach industry level of learning, but is there for diligent learner

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good with new seminar halls and classrooms. Very few labs and industrial visits are organized for HR. Wi-Fi, library, and study area is good but require more of an HR kind of setup with case studies and workshops

    Academics

HR classes are more academic in orientation and focus less on industry implementation. Industry hiring procedures, labour law, and computer use in HR require extra attention. Introduction through online studyware or standalone HR certification is necessary since college exposure is poor

    Placements

HR placements are poor with most of the placements being generic recruitment or admin and not strategic HR. Firms specializing in core HR function are few, and students need to network outside to gain better opportunities

    Value for Money

Fees are low, but placements and industry certification are additional at a cost to HR students. Unless you can accept below-par HR placements or specialist training this is not the most suitable move without more self-motivated effort

    Campus Life

Very few culture and management events are organized by the college, but not many HR events. There can be more industry leader and HR practitionern networking Overall, an average experience, but the students will need to go that extra mile so that they could place themselves into HR focused exposures

    Others

There should be more internships and certificates to succeed in HR designations

Until my 1st year, it seems like a good college

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The facilities comprise new classrooms, libraries, and inspiring faculty members. The interaction with peers along with the faculty members is in its favor to be a good institution to learn. The placement cell requires upgradation to obtain good recruiters.

    Academics

Management basics, leadership grooming, and industry projects are the course curriculum. Life during the first year is good but business application to studies can be included better and practical subject should be included like other technical courses (bca, btech)

    Placements

Placement is limited, particularly for high-end profiles. Placement is largely general management, marketing, or sales and not specialized functions. More certifications are required for students to get placement-eligible for job markets

    Value for Money

The fees are reasonable, and the learning experience is fine. But if placements are not good enough, then students would be dependent on internships, networking, and self-learning for career growth

    Campus Life

The college provides decent social life along with studies. Interaction with the teachers and peers contributes to learning but career development sessions and interaction with the real industry is required to boost employability

    Others

Good to study and peer networking but students must discover their own good career opportunities since placements are not that excellent

Learn actual industry based work and soft ethics

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The infrastructure has state-of-the-art class rooms, Wi-Fi, HR labs, and finance libraries. Value addition is done through corporate ethics and industry training workshops. Finance tools such as Bloomberg Terminals and AI-based HR analytics have to be embedded

    Academics

The course is well supplemented with finance management, HR policies, and industry trends. Soft skill development and ethics topics are added value. HR case study learning and financial risk management must be improved

    Placements

Placements are good with HR roles in recruitment, payroll, and L&D. Investment banking, fintech, or analytics roles require extra certifications for finance students. Internships are a fertile area of experience gain

    Value for Money

The fees are justified for the services offered, though finance students need to upskill elsewhere. HR students get exposed to the industry reasonably well and therefore fit into corporate HR and generalist positions quite suitably

    Campus Life

Campus networking, leadership summits, and student clubs exist. Additional finance simulation classes and HR role-play workshops can help improve learning and industry preparedness and real hr experience with the placement cell around campus gives good exposure

    Others

Good for HR exposure and industry ethics courses, but additional effort needs to be performed for finance students for specific jobs Growth opportunities through good networking

Average experience, teachers are student-choosy (partiality)

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is new but classrooms, seminar halls, and only technology facilities available are substandard The faculty accessibility is poor, where some professors are biased towards certain students and learning becomes unequal for them

    Academics

The syllabus itself does comprise of regular business management subjects but the attendance of the classes rests with the instructor Some teachers are friendly, but others listen to only favorite students, and it is a hit or miss learning experience

    Placements

There are placements available but primarily for generic management roles like sales, operations, and HR. Those who want to specialize have to learn skills on their own by availing themselves of free courses or getting certified

    Value for Money

The fees are not that high, but it is the effort on an individual basis that makes learning a success. For diligent students and well-connected people the experience can be lucrative but idle students will not be in a position to gain any significant benefit from it

    Campus Life

The campus arranges corporate guest lectures and management fests. Inequitable treatment by teachers discourages the students and an even learning process has to be ensured and campus infra and walking paths plus greenery all are their plus weekly maintained that's the best part only

    Others

Average MBA experience in terms of individual effort. Good overall for management and networking but not even as far as faculty guidance is concerned

Good for HR, but trending finance courses not covered

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is properly equipped with modern classes, HR labs, and a finance library. Wi-Fi facility is available, but Bloomberg terminals and finance software are not available. HR students are lucky enough to have industry visits, but finance students need more facilities.

    Academics

The HR course curriculum is strong with topics of talent management, organizational behavior, and employee relations, while the finance module does not receive adequate exposure to fintech, blockchain, and financial analytics and therefore needs self study.

    Placements

HR placements are sufficient, and recruitment and training functions are vacant. Finance placements are only in traditional functions, and investment banking or data analytics certification needs to be provided to students to provide career prospects.

    Value for Money

Finance charges are okay, and HR students too are exposed in the same amount. Finance students may, however, have to go through classes and practice sessions from the world outside to be up to speed with the market in terms of career opportunities.

    Campus Life

The college also provides assistance in the form of networking sessions, guest lectures, and HR activities. Stock market simulates and fintech sessions may be added as finance activities so that finance students are properly informed.

    Others

finance students need to undergo addon courses and certifications by external organizations so that they are able to cope up with industry

Gives students industry exposure, and bad at Taking all

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure comprises properly furnished state-of-the-art classrooms, seminar halls, and marketing & HR labs. The library is adequately provided with material, and Wi-Fi connectivity is also provided. Marketing students would be facilitated better with higher industry association and digital marketing facilities for practice classes.

    Academics

The double major in Marketing and HR includes talent management, consumer behavior, branding, and leadership competencies. Role-playing and case studies are practically learned, but corporate direct exposure in the form of internships is crucial.

    Placements

The placements are quite good, with marketing and HR profiles in mid-sized organizations. Brand names, however, look for candidates with quality internship experience and certifications in digital marketing, HR analytics, or performance management.

    Value for Money

The course is worth the price for those students who are willing to take up additional activities and build up their profiles. But students who want to get best jobs in MNCs should work to acquire additional practical experience.

    Campus Life

The college has a series of management events, marketing summits, and HR conclaves. Students are provided with opportunities to display their talent, but greater business simulations at the real level and industry networking will make the program even better.

    Others

exposures to higher levels of certifications and working environments are needed to get better placements.

Helpful for HR students but top-level placement need Upgrad

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good with clean and well-furnished modern classrooms, seminar halls, and HR-specific labs Good HR management books are available in the library, and Wi-Fi connectivity is available. But more technology-based HR tools should be included for hands-on practice

    Academics

The HR program provides theoretical learnings of employment legislations, labor, and employees relations. Witnessing the HR teams operate is another advantage, but industry exposure simulations and case studies would better suit experiential learning

    Placements

Placements are fine, and start-ups and small-scale business place HR employees in firms. However, top MNCs look for people with other HR certifications like SHRM or HR analytics. Students need to do their internship in such a way that they get placed

    Value for Money

The fee is not too high, and access to the HR staff is worth it However, students wishing to specialize in seniorlevel HR roles of large corporation firms need more capstone projects and further certifications such that the fee would be commensurate with their dreams

    Campus Life

The college organizes HR conclaves, workshops, and guest lectures. Live case competitions and mock recruitment drives will give more exposure at the grassroots level, but will also reveal the corporate concerns to the students

    Others

Industry visit is helpful, but live project exposure would be even helpful its a suggestion
