Ganpat Sahai PG College, Sultanpur, is one of the great institutions of higher learning in Uttar Pradesh, India. The college offers undergraduate as well as postgraduate programs over a range of subjects. Ganpat Sahai PG College has an admission process which is conducted to select really deserving candidates considering their merit and according to the guidelines of the state government and the affiliating university. 2. Application Form: Candidates can obtain application forms through the college admission office or download one from the official college website.

3. Form Filling: The applicants will accurately and completely fill out the application form, giving all required information and attaching all needed documents.

4. Document Submission: Candidates will have to submit qualifying examination mark sheets (10th, 12th, or graduation as applicable), a character certificate of study from the last attended institution, a transfer certificate, a migration certificate (if any), a caste certificate (if reserved category), and recent passport size photographs along with the application form.

5. Application Submission: The college admission office must receive the completed application form along with all required documents no later than the date specified.

6. Merit List Preparation: College prepares merit lists on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examinations or as per specific admission criteria for each course.

7. Publication of Merit List: The merit lists would be published in both the notice board and website of the college. It is advised that candidates should check those lists regularly.

8. Counseling and Admission: Shortlisted candidates are called for counseling sessions where they will then choose their preferred courses based on merit rank and course availability.

9. Payment of Fees: Selected candidates must pay the appropriate fee as, within the prescribed time, to confirm his/her admission.

10. Document Verification: The college verifies all original documents that have been submitted by the candidates during the admission process.

Degree wise Admission Process

BA: The college provides an undergraduate program in Bachelor of Arts, bringing about 2820 intakes. Admission is merit-based considering the marks obtained in the examination of 10+2 or equivalent. A wide range of subjects is available for the students to choose.

B.Sc: The number of seats in the course Bachelor of Science is 600. Admission is done on the grounds of merit where marks in 10+2 with science subjects are mandatory.

B.Ed: The total number of seats available for the program of Bachelor of Education is reported to be 100. Admission in B.Ed course takes place on the policy prescribed by the state government and the affiliated university, probably including score through entrance examination to be considered along with that of the qualifying examination.

B.P.Ed: The Bachelor of Physical Education has a total of 50 seats. The admission process is a thorough selection process, including a written test, fitness test, interview, and consideration of qualifying examination percentage.

MA Programs: Many Master of Arts Programs available in the colleges include Sociology, English, Hindi, Political Science, Economics, and other programs. Mostly, each MA program consists of 153 seats. Admission is based on marks acquired in the related bachelor's degree.

M.Sc: Master of science programs are in disciplines like Zoology, Botany, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Admission is based on merit based on the marks in the relevant bachelor's degree.

M.Com: The program is Master of Commerce, and admission is granted with reference to the marks in an applicant's B.Com or equivalent degree.
