• Affirmation- This is the initial stage of communication between the company and the university to confirm the campus recruitment.

• Date- Once the affirmation is done, a date is fixed for the initial screening.

• Pre-Placement Talk- This is an important stage that provides students with detailed information about the job profile, the position, the skillset required by the company and the number of vacancies available.
