With a NEET rank of 1,131,549, it appears unlikely to secure admission for MBBS in the B category in India, as seats in reputable medical colleges are typically limited and highly competitive. However, availability can vary from year to year and by college, so it's advisable to inquire with specific institutions to check if they have any openings. Additionally, exploring alternative courses or colleges based on your rank may also be worth considering.

As you have mentioned that you belong to sc category and have scored 300, the possibility to get a government college under All India quota is difficult however you can try under the state quota of telengana (the cutoff is a bit higher in state quota) . You can also try in deeemed universities with this score.

Hello,

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General - 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Now since the NEET paper this year was a bit tough compared to level of paper of previous years, so the cut-off is expected to lie between the cut-offs in the year 2020 and 2019.

considering all the points made above it would be very difficult for you to get seat in Goa Medical college based on AIQ counseling as 530+ marks would have been considered safe considering previous year cut offs.

Hello Aspirant,

See it is little bit difficult to predict your exact admission possibility in Goa Medical college because cut-offs are bound to change depending upon various factors such as number of candidates appearing in an examination, number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of paper and so on.

But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have very low or almost no chances of getting into Goa Medical college as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-goa/amp

But yes you can try for some privete colleges or Deemed Universities because you have good chances in them on the basis of previous year's cut-offs.

To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category and state you can use NEET College Predictor :-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Hi

In neet 2018,  454 marks was the lowest marks that was required for sc category for getting a seat in  Goa Medical College, Bambolim under all India quota

But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 500 marks to be on the safer side in your neet examination to get into Goa Medical College, Bambolim under all India quota if you are from Sc category

Thank you
