Gopalan School of Architecture and Planning (GSAP) is a state-of-the-art institution that grants specialised degrees in the fields of architecture and planning. In addition, GTU is in association with the Visvesvaraya Technological University, and, hence, with the approval of the Council of Architecture, the education becomes of superior quality.   • Attend PGCET of the Government of Karnataka.
  • For admission through PGCET:
    • Attend the counselling process conducted by the concerned authority.

  • For Management Quota admissions:
    • Contact the GSAP admissions office directly for the application.

The Bachelor of Architecture course at GSAP is a 5-year full-time course with an intake of 40 students. Admission to this program is based on the following criteria:

  • Candidates must have cleared the National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA) or the JEE Paper-2 examination.
  • Admissions are also conducted through the CET merit list published by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
  • The eligibility requirement is the passage of the 10+2 examination or equivalent where Physics, Chemistry, and Math are mandatory for the programme
  • Lateral entry is not given at any moment of the B Arch programme.

Gopalan School of Architecture and Planning M.Arch Admission process

M.Arch. Construction Project Management has a 2-year postgraduate programme taking 10 students. Gopalan School of Architecture and Planning admission requirements include

  • PGCET Conducted by the government of Karnataka, select candidates.
  • Admission can also be made under Management Quota
  • Candidates must hold a B.Arch degree or equivalent qualification from an approved university.
