Gourishankar Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Satara Admission Process

Gourishankar Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (GIPER), Satara, is one of the most recognized institutions that provide pharmaceutical education programs. The institute provides merit-based admission to its courses, which are mainly based on entrance examination scores. GIPER is PCI-approved and provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Admission cycle typically overlaps with the academic year, usually starting in August-September. Application Process

For B.Pharma:

  2. Register for the centralized admission process conducted by the state authorities.
  3. Fill up the application form providing personal and academic details.
  4. Upload the necessary documents such as 10+2 mark sheets, MHT CET score card, and other certificates as mentioned.
  5. Pay the application fee as decided.
  6. Wait for the publication of the merit list.
  7. If listed, attend the counseling process for seat allotment.
  8. The selected list comes to GIPER for verification of documents and payment of admission fee.

M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics

  1. Qualify GPAT exam.
  2. Apply through the centralized admission process for M.Pharma in Maharashtra.
  3. Fill in the application form with personal details, academic details, and GPAT score.
  4. Upload required documents, among which are B.Pharma degree certificate mark sheets, and the GPAT score card
  5. Pay the application fee due
  6. Attend counselling if provisionally selected based on GPAT scores
  7. Once allotted at GIPER complete all other admission formalities at that institute

Other documents would include:

  • Mark sheets as well as pass certificates issued for 10th, and 12th levels
  • MHT CET/GPAT score card for those in the respective group
  • Degree certificates and mark sheets for M.Pharma candidates
  • Domicile certificate if needed
  • Category certificate if necessary
  • Passport size photographs recent in numbers as required
  • Other documents specified by the Institute or state Admission Authority, if necessary.
