Government College of Engineering Bangur provides many infrastructural facilities to the students, staff and faculty members. Boys Hostel
The college has separate hostels for boys students. The rooms of the hostel have all the necessary amenities attached with it. Students can also use the gym to stay fit.
Girls Hostel
Government College of Engineering Bargur provides hostel facilities for the girls students with all the essential facilities. Sports and gym facilities are also provided to the girls students.
Medical/Hospital
The college provides medical facilities to the students and staff members. Part-time medical doctor visits the campus everyday to attend the sick students. In case of an emergency, a vehicle is also available.
Library
GCE Bangur has a library that has a vast collection of books, journals & other resources in Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Civil service examinations, Humanities, Social Sciences and Management ranging from printed books, CDs\DVDs.
Sports
The college provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities to the students. Volleyball, football, cricket, carrom, chess, table tennis, etc are games provided by the college.

Cafeteria
GCE Bangur facilities include a cafeteria that serves healthy food to the students. Refreshments are also served to the students, staff and faculty members.

GCE Bangur provides bus facilities to the students to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
Alumni Associations
Students of Government college of Engineering organized Alumni meet on January 26, 2014. All the passed out students were invited to this function. Old students of this college formed an association known as Alumni Association. The alumni equip our students with the knowledge of career opportunities and industrial needs. Alumni Association paves a way for our students to trend upon towards successful career. Morning session was started with a prayer song, followed by lamp lightning, welcome address, Principal address, financial report submission, selection of office bearers, talk by the alumni, and finally ended up with momentum distributionAlumni interaction is made mandatory for students to gain fresh outlook on the industry or the job world where as the Alumni is encouraged to give back to the juniors who will become a part of the larger Alumni of GCE. The interactions will let them know the career opportunities and industrial needs. Alumni Association also takes an active part in paving the way for our students to tread upon.GCE Alumni prior to 2013 can register themselves on to the portal. Their registration will be confirmed by the office staff after which they can actively access the eLibrary and eBooks areas along with getting notification on ongoing programs and events at GCE.
Banks/ATMs
Government College of Engineering Bangur also provides bank and ATM facility to the students.

College Infrastructure

good infrastructure, facilities contain smartboards WiFi inside the campus. sports and gym facilities are there and maintained in good manner. hostel facilities are there for both boys and girls. digital library is available.

I feel blessed to have this college as my learning platform.

College Infrastructure

It does have some facilities in classroom,libraries and sports centres. But in hostels and campus, the facilities are not enough whereas laboratories have some of the facilities. Overall the infrastructure and facilities in this college were average.

College Infrastructure

The college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The facilities we have in our classroom is digital flip board, wifi etc. The living places are clean and the food is very hygienic.

Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology (ACCET) Karaikudi is best as per my idea.

Each college within and around Tamilnadu will have its own advantages and disadvantages based on where it is located. Here are some benefits of attending this university.

Even if you chose a technical field, there are many other things you can study.

A reputable government college should be in charge of organising all significant events, such as a conference, symposium, many club activities, etc. If you are the type of guy to participate in these activities, I can tell you that you will succeed as a jewel once you have earned your degree in a non-technical profession.

I need placement record of gce, bargur

Hello,

GCE, Bagur has average to good placements. It also has good education and a beautiful infrastructure. A good number of companies visit here for campus recruitment. However, the placements opportunities are increasing by each passing year. Around 60% of the students get placed and the highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA.
