You have been allotted a seat in the Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs) at Raichur, so you might have got it from the JoSAA Counseling Process which is the official Seat Allotment Commitee for admission into the IIITs, IITs, NITs, and the GFTIs too.

So, if you are not interested in the current college alloted to you in the counselling rounds, you can either choose to Slide or Float your seat so that you get an opportunity to get another seat in the further Rounds.

The cutoff required for admission varies from college to college depending on various factors such as number of seats, number of candidates applying for admission, etc.
