It is a state government funded college and it was established in the year 2016 with 5 primary departments.

Purulia government engineering college has been governed by WBJEE for admission.

The spot round is dine through WBJEE only.

After completing all 3 phase of online counseling now board is going to conduct spot round (4th phase) counselling. Complete spot round counselling schedule will be scheduled soon. If you haven't got any seats for online counselling then you must wait for spot round counselling. WBJEE spot round seat allotment result 2019 will be released soon by the office authority.

It can be checked from the official website of counselling for WBJEE. The seat allotment result will be result through online mode only.

Hello SANKARANARAYANAN, you have pretty decent rank in TS EAMCET, with that much of rank you are pretty eligible for most of the colleges out there, though you might not be able to land yourself in top-tier government college. But still keep some college as a backup plan. You have fair chance of getting a government college in 4th allotment. Hope this helps!!!

Yes you have good chances of procuring a seat GEC K if any subsequent rounds of counselling takes place. Basically the next rounds will depend on number of vacant seats left after 3rd round reporting. Depending on that, further seat allotment will be commenced. You can keep yourself updated by visiting the counselling website on daily basis for the same.

If you are from general category then there are very less chances of yours getting a seat in government college of engineering amravti, as from the previous years cut off trends, branches like civil,mechanical,cs have high cut offs for general and obc it's about 120+ marks in MHT-CET and for sc, st it's about 70+

For other branches like IT, electrical cut off marks for general and obc is 110+ and for sc, st it's about 60+.

But if you are asking your query on the basis of placement times, then yes you have to go through interviews at the time of placements.
