Hope you are doing great. Yes, you have eligibilty to enroll in a diploma programme after finishing 10th grade. Diploma candidates must have completed 10th grade or an equivalent certification. After Class 10, you can apply for a Diploma in any subject. You will receive your Diploma pass certificate after completing it, but it is not your 12th pass certificate.
After 10th grade, it is simpler to enter into whatever area you want. However, I have seen many students choose the wrong branch. Of course, a 12th grade student's selection is more developed than a 10th grade student's decision.
