As per your query , I would glad to inform you that it is not at all possible to get admission in any government college in the course in which admissions are done through entrance . In government insitutions ,competition is quite high due to large number of applicants and accepting one student which cut off will be highly unfair for others

Hello. Provisional admission letter consists of details that the student has been admitted or given a seat in foundation . But there are some additional details or documents required to satisfy or check the eligibility thoroughly.
So if you have got the provisional admission letter, there must have been written some additional notes , check them and provide those documents as early as possible to get the unconditional offer letter, I.e., confirmed seat.
