  • Interested candidates who want to get admission in Government Polytechnic Panaji will be required to fill and submit the application form at notified application receiving centre. 

  • The next step is document verification. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms must undergo a document verification process. 

  • The provisional merit list will be released on the official website. Candidates will be able to verify the correctness of their merit position in the provisional merit list. In case of any error, the applicant should inform the Chairman, Admission Committee within 24 hours in writing.

  • The applicants must be present on the day of counselling along with acknowledgement cum admit card, documents in original and fees. Candidates will be given an opportunity to select a seat of choice, from the seats available at the point of his or her merit number.

  • The candidates whose names will be included in the seat allotment result will be provided admission at the Government Polytechnic Panaji. The selected candidates will have to pay the requisite fees on the same day. 

  • The selected candidates must report to the designated Admission Reporting Centre within the stipulated time to confirm their acceptance of the allotted seat by completing the necessary formalities.
