Verified ReviewPlacement in Gp Solapur is great, especially for mechanical students, which is around 80-90% with 10-12 companies every year like L&T, Tata Power, John Deere, etc. They have average package of 2 LPA. for computer dept , Infosys, L&T, comes with package of 2.2 LPA and 2 LPA respectively. Highest package of GP solapur is 6LPA (Thought Works). Every branch is eligible for Thought Work's campus.

Yeah! Government Polytechnic Solapur is a moderate college for Diploma courses under Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai. The college have good infrastructure and faculty members. The courses of CSE and IT in Diploma is quite well balanced in Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai. Now the scenario of placements aren't available on the official website for any of the courses. Although from a job point of view to have a good career in CSE/IT, after Diploma it would be better for you to join BTech courses and after that you can expect really good positions. If you want to do job after Diploma then also you can do but you will not get senior positions in that case.
