Government Women's Polytechnic College, Kaimanam Admission Process

The Government Women's Polytechnic College at Kaimanam and has since gained recognition as one of the premier institutions dedicated solely to women's technical education in the district of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Degree Wise Admission Procedure

Diploma in Computer Engineering: This program has an approved intake of 75 students. The admission is based on the candidate's performance in the 10th standard examination, particularly on Mathematics and Science marks. This 3-year course equips the students with essential skills in computer hardware, software, and networking.

Electronics Engineering:  The program admits a total of 60 students, and the admission is on the basis of their marks secured in the 10th standard, most especially Mathematics, Science, and English. The course offers in-depth training in electronic circuits, digital systems, and communication technologies.

Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering: This program also has an intake capacity of 60 students. Admission criteria include performance in the 10th standard with concentration on Mathematics and Science. The course has content relevant to measurement and control systems that can be applied in the industrial sector.

Diploma in Commercial Practice: The program has a total of 60 seats and bases its admission criteria on the 10th standard performance overall. It prepares students in office management, accounting, and business communication skills.
