The Computer Centre is equipped with the latest hardware and software facilities to handle the requirements of the course curriculum, students, and faculty. The institution has an Internet Centre with 34 systems and a 40 Mbps high-speed fiber-optic connection to facilitate students in their research and quest for knowledge. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled.

The library is the heart and treasure house of knowledge and information of an academic institution. The aim of the library is to help the students and faculty to reach their potential by providing a multifaceted, supportive, learning-teaching environment. The library is located in a peaceful environment with good textbooks and periodicals available on the shelves. The total collection of libraries is 10089.

English is a language of opportunities and it plays a vital role in securing desirable employment. Accuracy and fluency in the use of language are very essential. Technology–aided learning has started playing a significant role in the pursuit of language learning. GWPTC has a dedicated English language communication laboratory known as Language Lab exclusively for improving English language communication. It is a state-of-the-art lab with the latest multimedia facilities, aimed at improving the communication skills of the students. It enables the students to expedite the process of improving learning skills with more emphasis on LSRW (Learning, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) leading to desirable employability. The language lab intends to develop the confidence level of students and it would motivate them to use their language skills outside the classroom as well.

Our College is providing transport facility to our students from Tirur and Kottakkal. 2 buses are operated for the same. Bus No. 1 starts from Tirur Bus Stand at 07.45 am, and from Kottakkal Bus Stand at 8:35 a.m. and back from College at 04.15 p.m. Every year more than 120 students are utilizing the transportation facility. The buses will make more trips to and from Kottakkal Bus stand according to the count of the students.

A fitness center is a place that houses exercise equipment for the purpose of physical exercise. Our health and fitness center is better than any other polytechnic, which is regularly used by our students. The center is equipped with many types of cardiovascular training-related equipment such as rowing machines and stationary exercise bikes. The health club also has a motorized Treadmill, Manual Tread Mill, Elliptical Bike, Body Twister, Pec Dec machine, High lat pulley/Rowing pulley, Leg press heavy machine, Leg curl & leg extension machine, Weighing Machine, Gym ball, Facilities for free weight exercises has been attached to the Health Club. We have inherent facilities related to sports. Two Table Tennis boards are available for the students to practice. Also, students regularly use the two badminton courts available. Large athletic ground with a 400m track is another facility used by the students.

The college has comprehensive hostel facilities for the students. Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. Hostel accommodation is available to a student, who is registered in the Institute as a regular student. Each student is provided with a table, a chair, and a cot. A good mess is provided to all the students. Mess is charged on the basis of a dividing system.

There is a co-operative store in the campus with all the stationary items for the students and staff like notebooks, text books, drawing equipments, laboratory records etc at lower prices. The store is open on all the working days.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

Placement Cell functions in the college under the supervision of a faculty member to provide career guidance and placement opportunities. Training has been given to students for attending various examinations conducted by recruitment agencies and for campus recruitment.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
