Degree wise Admission Process

BA: The college allows an entry of 1600 applicants for a BA program. It offers admission on the basis of the merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent).

B.Sc: A total of 240 seats are offered for the B.Sc. program. Admissions follow almost the same regulations laid for the BA program, considering the marks obtained in the qualifying examination mainly in science subjects.

B.Com: This program is endowed with 240 seats. Admission is thus based on the merit of marks in the qualifying examination, with a clear accent on commerce or related subjects.

B.Sc Agriculture: The program offers 240 seats. Admission is based on the qualifying exam marks in science subjects and agricultural subjects.

B.Ed: The college has 100 seats for the B.Ed program. The admission will be made considering the merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination as defined by the state government and the university.

B.P.Ed: With 60 seats available, the B.P.Ed program has a comprehensive admission process. It includes a written test, fitness test, interview, and considers the percentage obtained in the qualifying examination.

MA and M.Sc Programs: Different subjects are being offered for master programs by the college, including Political Science, Botany, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Education, Geography, Home Science, Sanskrit, Sociology, Ancient History, English, Zoology, and Hindi. For admission purposes, these postgraduate programs may utilize a combination of the marks attained at the relevant bachelor's level, an entrance test, and/or an interview.
