The college has library claims to possess the richest (More than 80,000 books) collection of the world’s best publications of academic importance comprising a treasure of more than 30,000 rare books. The library is constantly in the process of increasing the collection of books further. Sydenham Library has also started subscribing to research journals in electronic as well as printed formats. The library has provided E-Resources through NLIST, INFLIBNET Centre. The library is fully automated with SOUL software. The software facilitates the issue - the return of books, a web-based catalogue to access the books (OPAC), and reservation of books. The bar-coding system is used to computerize the bibliographic details of the books. The web-based inquiry module of software has been installed so the resource collection can be viewed from outside the campus.
Sports
The college has Shri L. K. Advani (then Hon. Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister, Govt. of India) donated Rs.12,00,000 on 22-JAN-2004 from the M.P. Development Grants for erecting a new pavilion at Cricket / Hockey stadia. The Foundation stone for the same was laid on 09-FEB-2004 by Shri L. K. Advani.

College Infrastructure

It is a Gujarat oldest college with very beautiful and outstanding vintage infrastructure. College has very big main building with also different separate education building like physics building commerce building and others it also have use campus

College Infrastructure

Well the college does have necessary infrastructure and equipment but they could do so much more.I was in self finance group and I felt like I am not getting enough resources.Labs are good but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Didn't have wifi .library was good.
