Nandigama's Gurindapalli Devanandam Mary Memorial College of Engineering and Technology for Women (GDMM) follows a merit-based admission process for students in its engineering programs. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) accredited college runs several undergraduate and postgraduate courses under different branches of engineering.
The primary mode of entry to GDMM is through the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET), a state-level entrance examination. The test is the gateway for the entry of potential female engineers into the different courses of engineering run by the college.

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: GDMM offers B.Tech courses in various disciplines, like Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Admission is through AP EAMCET scores. There are a total of 420 seats available in the college's B.Tech courses, each department having various intake capacities.
M.Tech: The institute provides M.Tech programmes in VLSI Design and Computer Science and Engineering. There are 24 seats for every M.Tech programme. Postgraduate courses admissions may be made based on a valid GATE score or through a separate entrance examination, after counseling.
Diploma: GDMM also offers a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering. Admission procedure for the course may vary from the admissions to B.Tech and M.Tech and may be on the basis of another state-level diploma entrance test or 10th marks.
