Hindu College of Engineering, Sonipat, known to everyone as HCE Station, has an extremely beautiful past in imparting undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in the engineering and technology field, the college began functioning and is now being proffered admission procedures laid down and governed by the Haryana State Technical Education Society. The admission procedure of HCE Sonepat is framed to bring in meritorious students based upon their performance in national-level entrance examinations. The HCE Sonepat's admission policy is linked to its academic calendar, i.e., most programs start around August - September. Admission to all undergraduate programs is based on the merits obtained by candidates in the JEE Main.

B. Tech: HCE Sonipat offers five programs in B. Tech for an intake of 270 seats. The admission is based on JEE Main scores, followed by online counseling done by different authorities from the Haryana State Technical Education Society. HCE offers B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (120 seats), Electrical Engineering (60 seats), Civil Engineering (30 seats), Electronics and Communication Engineering (30 seats), and Mechanical Engineering (30 seats). The candidates should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to be eligible for any of above said programs.
M. Tech: The college is imparting three M. Tech programs: Computer Science and Engineering (24 seats), Power Systems (18 seats), and Electronics and Communication Engineering (9 seats). Although the admission is mainly based on GATE scores, marks obtained in the qualifying examination may also be considered. An applicant must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant field to be able to pursue M. Tech programs.
Diploma: The institute offers five Diploma programs at HCE Sonepat in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering, having 30 seats each.
