HR College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai library is located on the first floor and the library provides an air-conditioned solar reading room with a seating capacity for 140 students. The library conducts orientations, research guidance sessions, book exhibitions, book talks, Library volunteerism programmes etc. on a regular basis. The library is a silent, no mobile, no eatables zone.

The college has a well-equipped IT infrastructure for the staff and students on the campus.
