IILM Institute for Higher Education placement cell conducts various placement activities to enhance the job skill of the students regarding the placements. These activities include placement workshops, alumni sessions, resume writing, network building on LinkedIn, mock group discussions, mock interviews, mock aptitude tests, problem-solving analysis sessions, advanced Excel and graphs sessions, guess estimates, company-based workshops, case-based interviews, situational analysis sessions and provides summer internships for the practical learning of the students and also it’s an integral part of the PGDM programme.

• The placement cell of the institute gives the brochure and student profile to the companies.

• The companies then contact the placement cell and discuss with them regarding their campus placements.

• Student Council of Placement (SCOP) visits the company with Career Resource Centre (CRC) for the interaction.

• The company sends notifications through email.

• The company conducts the pre-placement talks in which they show a presentation regarding their operations, required skill sets and job profiles.

• The placement cell invites the alumni to guide and prepare the students for the placement process.

• The placement cell shares the profile of the students who are best fit for the company regarding their attitude, skill set and interest in the job profile of the company.

• The resumes of these students are sent for further processing.

• The placement cell arranges company-specific workshops, mock group discussions and mock interviews to prepare the students for the final interview.

• The final interview is conducted at the IILM campus or at the company’s office.

• Once the interview process is over, the company shares the feedback with the placement cell of the institute.
