Congratulation, you have scored good rank in UPSEE. As the results are announced recently, the cut off rank for different colleges are still not out but they will be soon till then we can't be absolutely sure about this years cut off. According to past years cutoffs  of UPSEE is determined by taking into account some of the important factors which are :

• Total Number of candidates who appear for the UPSEE 2018 entrance exam
• Total number of candidates who clear the entrance exam
• Total number of seats available
• Total number of participating institutes
• Difficulty level of the entrance exam
• Cutoff of the past years

Counsilling date for UPTU is 25th of june 2018. You can apply for both government colleges and private colleges. Some of the good government colleges are:

• Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jhansi
• Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur
• Rajkiya Engineering College, Ambedkar Nagar

Hi. For OBC category, 400 rank will not lead you to any branch in iet lucknow as the cutoff is higher compared to your rank. You can look for other institutes according to your rank.

at this rank, there is any hardly any chance at  IET, lucknow. however you can get a good branches in colleges like bundelkhand university and rajkiya engineering colleges.
