The infrastructure of the college is in shambles to tell frankly. The library has strange restrictions for taking up laptops. Classrooms and labs are okay with satisfactory and Wi-Fi connections are provided. Hostels are terrible. Food is tasteless and only one canteen is there on campus. The sports complex of college has been under construction for past few years with yet no completion in sight.

Teachers are good and highly qualified. They are helpful. The course is quite good but not ready for industries. Semester exams are usually moderate but sometimes such a good level of difficulty. In the laboratory of chemical engineering, some of the experiments are not performed due to a lack of instruments.

About 50% of students get placed. The lowest package is about 3.5 LPA. The average package is 7 LPA. Cisco, TCS, Naini, and Wipro. 90% of students get internships. The B.Tech course curriculum is too busy. 75% attendance is mandatory.

The library is good; all books are available in our college library. There is no need to buy books from outside as the library allows borrowing books for a particular time. Classes are fully modern and clean. The computer labs are also clean, and all systems are in running condition. Wi-Fi facility is available but does not work properly.

Faculty members are well-qualified. They are motivating and hardworking and always focus on practical things rather than only book-based learning. Overall, faculty members are good. The working staff could be friendlier sometimes. Teachers always motivate us to do better in life as well as academically.

Placement opportunities are okay to good. It fully depends on how you prepare yourself in the 4 years based on skills, personality, behavior, knowledge, etc. Generally, you get placement if you have skills and knowledge. The packages also depend on your skill. The highest package in my batch is 15 LPA.

Campus life is enjoyable

The quality of food in the mess is the worst. The college doesn't have proper medical facilities. The hostels have less number of toilets and washrooms. The canteen food is okay. The campus is very small so there are very few options for sports. College is having table tennis, badminton court, basketball court. It doesn't have a cricket ground, football ground and a volleyball court.

% of teachers have good knowledge and some teachers have good teaching skills. Some teachers do not behave nicely with the students. Overall the teaching quality is good. This is a very prestigious College of uttar pradesh government

7-10% of the students got placed in the chemical branch. Last year, the average package was 3.5 LPA. The college has good placement in CS, IT branch, and average placement in ECE branch. Students have to do internships on their own because college charges high fees for internships.

There are many facilities in the hostel such as Wi-Fi, library and playing ground. There is also a canteen, and the entire campus has Wi-Fi. There is a library, etc. The quality of food served is excellent, and the canteen is also good. Medical facilities are available.

Faculty members of our college were good. Faculty members of the mechanical and electrical departments are very nice. Even the electronics and civil departments have some world-class faculty. Even the guest lecturers were not good enough. The course curriculum was very traditional and is just like the curriculum, followed by many other engineering colleges. They need to incorporate more cutting edge technologies in the curriculum.

About 70% to 80% of the students got placed from the school. The highest salary package offered in off-campus placements is 37 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Many companies like Honda, TCS Ninja, TCS Digital, etc., visit here for placements. Many students got internships from our college.

Yes value for the money ????

ECE course is the best, so I chose it. The best thing about this course is we can opt for both private as well as government field. There is no need to improve anything in this course. Many events and fests are organised in our college.

One of premier engineering institute of State. But lacking in infrastructure and funds for providing practical and technical support to engineers. Worst lab infrastructure. Instructors not available.

Poor students to professor ratio. Mostly contract faculties. Very few Permanent faculties. Department like Chemical Engineering, Computer Science are having 2-3 professor only. In the name of semester exam questions paper are also repeated.

Only TCS, Wipro visit for 3.5 lacs. A very or sometimes one or two companies visits for Mech or Electrical department that's it. Core companies don't visit the institute. That's why most students prepare for competitive exams like GATE, CAT and in that institute tops because high calibre students are here so they find their way.

Not matching the level of premier institute as it is the top college of UPTU. Infrastructure is not good like no proper libraries, very old buildings not maintained. No proper sports grounds. In the name of group one open field is there. Badminton court inside hostels.

Its just because college life is always the best. You will not love the college but you will not forget college life because it's not the college its the people that makes memories. Apart from that college campus doesn't have any parlour or cafe except one small canteen.

The college infrastructure is not that good. The college lacks the necessary facilities like wifi, proper drinking water facilities etc. The equipments in the laboratories are old and outdated. Hostel is good but the mess food is bad.

I had completed my Bachelors in Mechanical engineering in the year 2019. The experience was not that good. The college just focuses on syllabus completion and not on overall development of the students. The teachers are inexperienced.

The college placement record has not been great but can be said on an average side. HBTU kanpur is a much better college than this in terms of placements. Allost 60 percent students get a placement from campus.

The buildings are quite old at IET Lucknow. The buildings are not maintained properly. Equipments in the laboratories of the college are old and useless. Classrooms do not have smartboards or even projectors.

I am pursuing Computer Science and Engineering from IET Lucknow. The quality of teaching is average. The teachers are arrogant and inadequate for teaching. The curriculum is updated as per National Education Policy.

IET Lucknow's placement has decreased in the recent years by a great impact on the students. Almost all the students try to get an off campus placement. The highest placement was of rs 46 lpa and it went to the Computer Science and Engineering branch.

My college has good and very spacious infrastructure. Equip with Good classrooms , Hostel facilities, sports ground and Libraries for all the students and all classroom are Digital classrooms. College does has so big campus and has a great environment.

Academically it is good. I was the student of MCA. In our college updates its curriculum whenever it is required . Faculty has great Teaching Skills and Highly Educated. college also has skill development courses for the students soft skills ,and technical Skills.

The college having a good placement Rate. college also has tie-ups with good technical Companies and offer internship opportunities and practical training opportunities for the students. college also focusing on improving skills of the students.

infrastructure of our college is better. There are computers in our college. Classrooms are neat, spacious. Classrooms infrastructure is good, and it provides requiredfacilities. Quality of the facilities is good in all aspects.

Teachers were very helpful to explain all the topics if we have doubt about topics. teachers were knowledgeable. The quality is good. If you any doubt regarding any subject, then they will definitely clarify. You will definitely like the teachers.

Almost good number of the students got placed.The highest salary package offered in our course was good. and the average salary package offered was not that lowest. It completely depends upon the students.About 20% of the students got an internship.

Classrooms are usually equipped with basic necessities like desks, chairs, whiteboards, and projectors. Some might have smart boards, while others may not. They are generally utilized and maintained reasonably well. There has been a cleanliness factor associated with it as at times, they looks sort of untidy.Basic equipment and tools for conducting experiments or practical sessions are available but maintenance issue is there

Being a part of chemical engineering department, the permanent faculty is quite knowledgeable and share a plethora of skills and domain knowledge. Regular curriculum updation is something that is not kept at centre stage.

It depends a lot on the domain of the students. Branches such as Computer Science, Information Technology usually performs very well in terms of placements whereas core branches such as Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering usually underperfoms in terms of placements.

It was around 1lakh per year when I was studying there ( Check for the latest fee structure). Yes, I found IET, Lucknow totally worth it considering its aluminium network, the fee structure it has and the opurtunities it provides.

Campus Life is quite average at Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. But yeah, there has been lot of development work done in the past few years, so ultimately it will going to improve soon.

The location of the college is very good. Almost, all parts of the Lucknow are easily accessible from the Engineering College Chauraha and there has been lot of competitive higher studies coaching centres available at a walking distance.
