The Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management PGDM (HRM) prepares a cadre of HR professionals equipped with appropriate values, perspectives, and competencies to become catalysts of progressive change in the dynamic environment today.

Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor’s or equivalent degree, in any discipline, including Engineering, Humanities, Commerce, Economics, Medicine or any other branch of education, from a recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by the UGC / Association of Indian Universities). The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification of the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education, post higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they furnish proof of meeting the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2024. Candidates who are unable to comply with this requirement are liable to be rejected from the program.

Students are shortlisted on the basis of:

(i) Performance in the Common Admission Test (CAT), XAT, and GMAT

(ii) Academic Record

The shortlisting is done to guarantee that IMI students possess the necessary mathematical, analytical, and linguistic abilities for the management course.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure has a huge craze in my college.The systems are on point and facilitate optimum efficiency while working. Dorms do have ACs although classes do. The quality of food is superb though if you are a veterinarian although there are other cafes inside campus.

Good facilities and good infrastructure.

College Infrastructure

Facilities and infrastructure are very good. Wi-Fi is available for 24 hrs. Labs, classrooms and library all are well equipped. Hostel is very clean and beautiful, the quality of food is also good. Facilities of sports and games are also available. Alot of events are also being organised.

College Infrastructure

Amenities like Wi-Fi, labs, well-equipped classroom, library, cafeteria, mess, hostel, library, common room on each floor are available here. Facilities provided in the hostel are awesome with proper hygiene. The quality of the food served is also fine. Medical, sports and games, and overall facilities were good.
